Pinterest Party: Back to School

Party time!  Ya-hoo!!!  I really want this blog to be a place you can come to find tons of ideas on how to celebrate so many things in the classroom.  Every month, I am going to host a party with a celebration for that month.  This month we will celebrate Back-to-School.  Next month, we will celebrate Halloween, in November we will celebrate Thanksgiving, and in December we will celebrate Holidays. (In December, I'll announce the boards for the spring semester.)  All you have to do is link your pinterest board--if you have one for these particular topics--to this page.  The party will always be on the 1st so you have plenty of time to implement ideas.

PLEASE ONLY LINK UP THAT PARTICULAR BOARD--NOT just your overall pinterest account.  So for example, my pinterest account is http://pinterest.com/amodernteacher BUT my Back-to-School Board is  http://pinterest.com/amodernteacher/back-to-school/ . You would link up your Back-to-School board's address.  I hope this makes sense!

And it doesn't have to be labeled anything in particular.  For example, I already have a Halloween board but I don't call it Halloween--I call it "Trick-or-Treat".  No real rules here just link up if you have a board to share.

I hope this will provide you with a 'directory' (so to speak) of teachers and mamas with boards of very specific topics.  I am piggy-backing off an idea my friend Debbie over at Rainbows Within Reach had.  After talking with her, she helped me think this through.  Thanks Debbie!!!  Rather than search and search on pinterest, you could go to these and hopefully find new ideas.
